Extracurricular Activities

Bridgeport Catholic Academy offers a number of extracurricular and sports activities to help build more well-rounded students and to offer an outlet for creative and competitive energy.  These additional opportunities for activities appeal to various student interests and developmental needs.

Altar Servers

Boys and girls in Grades 5 and above are eligible to become altar servers for Nativity of Our Lord’s weekend Masses and Bridgeport Catholic Academy Liturgies. Students must attend a training session every year in the fall, before they are placed on the server schedule. Depending on the roster of servers, students can expect to assist at Masses every 2 – 3 weeks.
