Bridgeport Catholic Academy

Curriculum & Technology

Bridgeport Catholic Academy educates approximately 300 students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through eight using the curriculum provided by the Archdiocese of Chicago. Instruction at Bridgeport Catholic Academy places strong emphasis on the individual child. The curriculum addresses intellectual, social, physical, spiritual, and personal development. In order to attain this goal, a system exists which provides for continuous progress that encourages each child to reach his/her potential. Our traditional standards of behavior, dress, discipline, and classroom conduct provide an environment that is highly conducive to learning.

Bridgeport Catholic Academy provides developmental skills and activities; fosters self-esteem, study and organizational skills throughout grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade 4.  Our junior high (grades 5-8) follows a departmentalized schedule which addresses Christian character education and making choices according to the teachings of the Catholic Church while preparing students for the academic challenges of high school.
